This is a description of the faction position and it's purpose.
Leader - Ultimate Authority final decision if you have an issue with someone in the faction the final say comes from me.
Director - Has the ability to ban, promote and demote anyone from the faction minus the leader. 2nd in command and has the highest say under the leader.
Marshal - Marshal is someone I personally trust that has shown exampliary help to those and who serves a function that I deem necessary. These positions can and will change as needed as peoples lives change and there time on this game increases or decreases so will there position be changed. Marshals have the leaders ear (My ear) and I listen to them for they are often on when I am not and I trust them to tell me accurately and concisely what transpiredl. If I find that one of my marshals is no longer as available to be on as another member I may and probably will change there position. Marshals serve one purpose outside of that if some Executor gets out of hand they can demote them so that they cannnot randomly fill up the faction with members who do not meet our criteria. They do not have the power to ban only a Director or a leader can do that so that is the best the marshals can do.
Executors - Your powr is only n the ability to invite someone in which means you have enough game experience to recognize a good player and if there someone you like you can invite them without needing someone else to do it for you. That is your power if you abuse this power you will be demoted if you are inactive for more than one week you will be demoted because there are limited number of officers spots and inactivited means your eating up a spot that someone who is more active can and will use.
Commisioner - your the low man on the totem pole and yet your value is no less then anyone above you in position. You have a voice so use it. Speak up if you want something or need something. Doesn't mean to whine or complain but if you need help or are confused we are glad to help to the best of our ability and feel free to ask. If you don't know something ask. If your having trouble fighting something ask for help. A faction is only good if it's willing to promote all of it's members to a higher level and power if you it doesn't help you why are you even there? The reverse is also true if I don't see you speak I don't hear about people helping you or participating with you that to me is also a bad thing and makes me wonder why are you here. If I wonder that then you probably shouldn't be here and if you are inactive without notice for more than two weeks you will be removed from faction.
Level 19 is the minimum level of being in this faction we may make an exception but it's the exception not the rule. And executors or higher officers found bringing in low levels consistently wil find themselves demoted to a commissioner if not removed from faction entirely.
I want to be an officer. "If you have to ask for it you probably don't deserve it." If you know that line you know why are faction is failry active and we talk alot if your worthy of a higher position trust me your deeds will be told me and I will make that discernment and promote you if you have to ask or complain to one of my officers about it. I can almost gurantee you won't get the position.
And I'll say this if you loose a position does not mean you cannot acquire it back just means your not participating enough for that position at the time of demotion.
Anyone and everyone has good weeks and bad weeks and if you get demoted it's a bad week for you but it isn't the end of all and you'll never get promoted again. Just means not right now not this time around. I don't expect any position to be truly stable except Leader and Director all other positions can and will change I do an analysis each week and if I see a need for a change I will change it and if you have an issue with a change please let Me know not the other members I am fairly reasonable person but I don't like whining and having others nagged at either if you don't like the change I wouldn't have done it without good reason so maybe some self reflection might be a wise course of action.
